4.   Course Completion Requirements...

All quizzes and exams must be completed with at least a 70% on each in order to complete your course.  All of the lessons, quizzes, and exams in your course are computer scored. The scores are recorded and sent to us automatically. You can work at your own pace until you complete the course at which time you will need to fill out the Grade Submittal Form to lock in your grades and trigger your Certificate of Completion to be sent to you.  Do not forget to submit your Grades for our final review.

Unit Lessons

are not graded!  If a question in a lesson is Fill in the Blank you will be told to compare your answer to the correct answer.  This does not mean that your answer was wrong.  There are many different ways that Fill in the Blank question can be answered, ex. caps or no caps.  The course tells you to compare your answer to the correct answer so that you will not have an answer marked incorrect when you use caps and the instructor did not.

Unit Quizzes and Exams

can be taken as many times as you wish but a score of at least 70% on each quiz and exam is required to unlock the Course Final Exam. We recommend that students go back and review their course material and retake the quizzes until they pass each quiz with at least a 90%. Your highest quiz score for each unit quiz will be used for grading.

The Course Final Exam

can only be taken twice.  It is highly recommended that you thoroughly understand the material before attempting the Course Final Exam.  If you don't pass your first attempt at the final exam you should review your attempt to see what you got wrong and restudy the content.  You will be allowed a second attempt after 16 hours. If you fail the second attempt, you will have failed the course and no additional attempts will be permitted. You will need to contact the college that you registered through if you wish to re-enroll in this course.  If you experienced technical difficulties during your Final Exam attempt please contact our office Monday-Friday between 8:00am and 5:00PM EST toll free at 866-357-0841 (Local 561-283-0333) or send us an email at support@oltraining.com.
