If you have been following the previous blogs referrencing the June 30, 2015 course completion deadline (to be waived from having to have 3-months experience working in the P&C area to become licensed), this post is a follow up.

Governor Scott has signed HB1133 into law (effective July 1, 2015).  So what does that mean to 20-44 pre-licensing students?

It means that the 3-month work experience requirement is no longer in effect for students becoming licensed after completing their 20-44 pre-licensing courses and passing the state exam.
