2. How does an appraiser report his findings? (pg 1)

a. Knowledge of building construction, market conditions, quality and condition of the subject property.

b. In writing, by a letter or most often an appraisal report.

c. Estimates the value of real property (land and /or buildings).

d. Conducting a thorough study of the appraised property, it's geographical area and economic trends.
