Recently some of our students have been having problems with accessing our courses. The one thing they seem to have in common is that they use the Chrome browser.
Apparently Chrome may have a problem with Moodle periodically depending on settings and extensions in Chrome on your computer.
If you experience problems it is worth trying to use our course both with the setting on and off.
Try turning on the incognito mode and it may solve the problem for you.
If that works, and you don't want to stay in incognito mode, then you should turn all of your extensions off and see if you can use Moodle properly. If so, turn the extensions on one at a time until the problem occurs. Then you know which extension causes the problem and you can decide whether you need it on while completing our course.
