Troubleshooting Errrors and Error messages (6)
The OLT website and virtual classrooms are designed to work with the current operating systems and browsers. They have been tested using smartphone, tablet, notebook computer, and desktop computer operating in Windows, Apple, Linux, Android and Apple OS.
I know it is tempting to believe that all errors received when we visit a website are caused by that website, and many of them are. However, there are some errors that are caused by our own connection to the internet, by things that are happening between our computer and local network, and between our local network and the wide area network. Sometimes the errors are with a specific website (like oltraining.com) or a page on that website. Sometimes they are errors within our own Internet Service Provider, and sometimes the errors are on our own computer, or between our computer and our modem at home or work.
