Hire an Agent/Get hired as an Agent:

OnLine Training would like to extend a personal invitation for you to join our new network for former, current, and future students. It is our hope that the new network will make it easier for our students to find employment opportunities within the insurance industry. We are keeping a list of those who contact us wanting to hire someone or be hired. Some of our online forums in Moodle also discuss companies looking to hire or students looking for a position. We are not a placement agency, and can't get you a job or an employee, but we can help you connect with each other.

If you are looking to hire or if you are looking to be hired, please email your current information with a note to our Student Services department.

Congratulations Dr. Redding!

Dr. Terrence R. Redding, Founder, President and CEO of OnLine Training, Inc. was awarded the Malcom Knowles award this past February. The award, given by the International Society of Self-Directed Learning (ISSDL) recognizes excellence in promoting self-directed learning. Over his distinguished career, Dr. Redding has published research papers, articles and chapters in books focused on self-directed learning and has taught graduate seminars in self-directed learning for the University of Oklahoma.
