I don't understand the concept below: Who is covered? HELP!
Permissive users of covered autos owned, hired or borrowed by the named insured, except: the owner or anyone else from whom the covered auto is hired or borrowed (unless the covered auto is a trailer attached to a covered auto owned by the named insured); an employee, if the covered auto is owned by that employee or a member of his or her household; a partner of yours, for a covered auto owned by him or her or a member of his or her household; someone using a covered auto while in the business of selling, servicing, repairing or parking autos (unless the business belongs to the named insured); and anyone other than the named insured’s employees, partners, lessee or borrower or any of their employees, while moving property to or from a covered auto.
Good Morning Jon:
I'm about to go back over the tail end of the Homeowners this morning before work. I read your question/scenario and it's too much of a twister for me this early in the morning (rather like Peter Piper Picking a Peck of Pickeled Peppers:-) But I did notice the post this morning prior to mine in which the instructor Jan Bradburn weighed in - even offered that she would be glad to do some instruction via phone. So I think it may be a good idea for you to consider too; I know I'll be likely doing so myself!
Good Luck!
Joanne
