Areas to Focus for State Exam?
by Hope C. Newton - I'm preparing to take my State Exam on Saturday and am pretty confident that I will pass.
Just trying to do some last minute studying. I know a large percentage of the test on chapter 17. What kind of questions will be facing and what should I focus on for that chaper? Any other advice would be great!

You should focus on the definitions, I.e. Sliding, twisting, etc. There may also be questions on timelines, I.e. How many days do you have to notify the state of change of address. The newest area of test questions on the agent test is the statutes referring to the duties of a customer service rep. Look for my earlier post where I have listed all of these statutes by number.
It's good that you are studying this area because it is heavily tested.
