Insurer Cancelation

Hello....I am confused about something.

For the Homeowners insurance, in some part of the course I read that the insurer must give 100 days on notice cancellation, and in other parts it said 90 days. What is right? 90 o 100 days?

That number was recently ammended by the state and 100 days is correct. I will have this corrected in the course materials. Thanks for pointing this out!

Also, for non renewal, the number was amended to from 90 to 100 days?

Yes - also 100 days for nonrenewal.
