Does anyone know where @ FLDFS exactly to send the copy of our certificate of completion? Or, to whose attention? I've searched the site & can't find it...Maybe I'm looking too hard???

by Jan Bradburn- - YOu have to go to the FLDFS web site and complete an application. Print and sign the application and send it with your certificate of completion. The address will be on the application.
