Well, I just PASS the state exam!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have the license in my hands right now.
I wasnt expecting to get it the first time, but i did.
About the exam? I was scared to dead because what everybody say plus the college exam was very difficult.
For me the college exam questions were a lot harder that the state exam.
The questions are easy....if you know the answer (jejejejeje)
What i mean is, most of the questions are not complex.
I pass with 84%

I just took my state exam as well. I passed. Get this, I got a 70%!!!!!!! I didn't take any crash course and I rushed thru the 200 hours online, I feel pretty darn lucky. I just studied the manual and took the exam at the back of my book. The state exam was not easy (obviosly). Congratulations on your passing grade. That is great!
My advise to others is to really study the vocabulary, have a good understanding on the non-renewal days for auto, workers comp, health and personal auto policies, and home, also study the comp/collision very well. There are 165 questions on the State Exam. If you study the manual you will pass but it was harder than I thought it would be.

mmm...not really.
I already have an accountant business, so, i just wanna offer insurance to my clients.

Its not as easy as you think it is Marcos, an agency involves a lot of overhead. you need an E&O policy. it will be extremely difficult for you to get appointed. My advise is to hookup with a big broker. You can still work from your office
