Choices: -normally general liability covers it
-both
-neither
-mobile equipment may be endorsed when no CGL is available
The test says correct answer is "may be endorsed". On page 88 in the manual it says that both of above statements are true. What am I missing here?
The answer "normally CGL covers it" is not the best answer. That answer by itself does not answer the question about how mobile equipment is handled by a BAP.
The "other" response you received was from a very bright student who gave his opinion of an answer to the question. There is only correct answer. It is stated on page 88 of the study manual. "Mobile equipment may be endorsed onto the auto policy when no CGL insurance is available." That mobile equipment is endorsesd on the CGL is implied by the reader, but no where does the state make this designation.
