I have 2 attempts. Is the second attempt exam the same like the first one? Like it is in all quiz attempts from the 10 course units?
Please my head is about to blowout between the book and the flash cards. I do not want to fail this course.

You have two attempts at the course final exam. Both exams pull questions from a test bank, so you will see different questions on each of your attempts. Take your time and read the questions thoroughly and you will do fine if you have studied and prepared. If you have any questions before you test, please let me know. Good luck!

In Franco's question he asked if the final was like the quizzes throughout the course? I was wondering the same thing. I was also wondering if there is a time limit on the final exam? How many questions on the final?

There is no time limit on the final exam. There are 50 questions on the exam and you have two attempts to pass. Like the unit exams, the final exam is multiple choice and the questions are based on the same concepts as the unit exams.

Good afternoon Jan,
I have a few questions now that I have passed the final:
1) I completed the submission form and it stated "Thank you! Your information has been sent and our staff will contact you as soon as it has been processed". The page before that said you can close out that open tab and it takes you back to the previous page (which I did). It stated to click "Continue" but I could not find a continue tab to click. I wanted to make sure you received the final exam for submission.
2) On the online survey, I filled that out and when I clicked continue it took me to a log in page but would not let me log in because it stated I was already logged in. I don't know if the survey sent or not. I'm not for sure if you can even check on the survey or not, but I thought I would let you know what happened. I tried it twice.
3) Since it is Friday it will probably be Tuesday before everything is completed, right? Does Online Training Institute send a copy of the certification of completion to the state or do I have to do that once I receive the certificate?

Your final exam was submitted at 1:55 on Friday. The college will send your Certificate of Completion to the state and you will also receive a copy. You may register for the state exam at any time. You do not have to have your certificate to register for the exam.

In regards to his previous question. I have also completed the final exam and submitted the survey as well as grade submittal form. How long does it normally take for the certificate of completion to be mailed to the address that we listed?

Hi Patrick,
I imagine you have your certificate of completion by now and that you are moving on... For anyone else wondering the same thing, certificates of completion are usually mailed within 1-2 business days of a course being completed. This of course requires that you have all ready filled out the online form submitting your grades and requesting your certificate. Unless special arrangements have been made anything sent by mail is sent through the regular post office.

I understand there is no time limit for the final, however is it like the quizes where you can log in and out to finish or do I have to sit for the entire thing at one time so I know to set aside time for it.

Hi Maria,
Most if not all of the Final Exams allow you to save your answers as you go through the exam. If you can save your work, then you can walk away for a while. If you can't save without submitting, then you should stay and finish the exam before you leave.
