I answered false because in h 1.b it states: "Paying, allowing, or giving, or offering to pay, allow, or give, directly or indirectly, as inducement ot such insurance contract any unlawful rebate of premiums payable on the contract, any special favor or advantage in the dividends or other benefits thereon, or any valuable consideration or inducement whatever not specified in the contract;"
I stated the answer was false because the above states "Giving" not "Getting", that is two different things. The way this statement was worded I took "getting" to mean receiving not giving out the inducement. This statement is false not true.
