This answer is false; however , it reads as true. I'm splitting hairs here, but I answered it incorrectly because of the gramatical structure. This literally reads:

True or False: Two specified perils and water damage and collapse in addition to the 11 specific perils in the Basic Form.

So there are four perils not two as was the intended statement.

It would read better and lead to the correct answer if it were written like this:
