questions requiring math problems
by Patricia L. Perry - Can anyone tell me if in the class final exam as well as the State exam if they have questions requiring math where you would need a calculator like some of the quiz questions reference to PIP payouts as well as loss settlements in homeowners?

by Kathleen I French - The class final does for sure. My state exam had maybe 3 or 4. Know the insurance clause. The problems I had on the state I could do in my head. I thought the state was easier the the olt final. Good luck

by Jan Bradburn- - Also, you are not allowed to bring a calculator to the state exam. They used to give you a piece of scratch paper and a pencil, but you will have to turn it in before you leave. I'm not sure if they still do this.

by Jan Bradburn- - The 4-40 course is allows calculators on the course final exam. This exam exempts you from the state exam.
