2-20 Conversion Pre-licensing Course

Why take a 200-hour course to get your 2-20 license when you only have to take a 40-hour course? Due to changes in Florida state law, anyone licensed and appointed as a 20-44 Personal Lines agent, or a 0-55 Service Representative, or a 4-40 Customer Representative, with one year's experience, is only required to take a 40-hour Conversion course instead of the usual 200-hour pre-licensing course! This is your chance to go to the next level in your career and upgrade your license to a full 2-20 General Lines (Property and Casualty) license! OnLine Training has the course for you, you can take it completely online at your convenience, and after passing be qualified to sit for your State Exam. You must have been licensed, appointed, and working in one of the three licenses listed above for 12 months to qualify to use this course as your pre-licensing course. Now is a great time to take a course and upgrade your license to a 2-20 General Lines License to improve your career!

This Florida General Lines prelicensing course covers the areas of Property, Casualty, Liability, Surety, Auto, Homeowners, Marine, Health, Worker's Comp, Crime, Florida Rules and Regulations, and more. The General Lines license is typically used to insure automobiles, water craft, homes, motorcycles, and pets. Also, used to write errors & omissions, workers compensation, and write bonds.

No Classroom Required. The entire course is available online, including the Final Exam, from anywhere you have access to the internet. This course is designed to prepare a student to become a licensed insurance property and casualty agent without the loss of production income and time. Work at your own pace with your instructor available by email, posts in the forum, Moodle messaging or by telephone. It is designed and taught to comply with the State requirements for the General Lines Agents State examination.
