This 14-hour intermediate CE course is designed as a comprehensive continuing education elective for Florida agents, customer representatives, and claims adjusters who work with general lines insurance (not including 3-20 public adjusters). It provides a broad, structured review of the core personal and commercial coverages you handle every day, along with key legal and ethical considerations.

What You Will Learn
Major topics include insurance terms and risk concepts, insurance contracts, the Personal Auto Policy, the Business Auto Policy and Garage Policy, homeowners (HO) and dwelling property (DP) insurance, commercial property and package policies, commercial and excess liability insurance, workers compensation, transportation insurance (inland marine, ocean marine, and aviation), and law and ethics. The course is designed to reinforce both technical coverage knowledge and professional standards of practice.
