Course Overview
This 8-hour intermediate CE course is designed as an elective specifically for Florida Public Adjusters (3-20), while also being available as elective CE credit for 6-20 All-Lines Adjusters and other license types. It focuses on the ethical, regulatory, and professional standards that govern public adjusting practice in Florida so you can handle claims with integrity and compliance.
What You Will Learn
The course is organized into five units covering: key insurance terms; insurance fraud; regulatory ethical standards for public adjusters; regulatory standards of practice for public adjusters; and professional ethical standards and practices.
