Definitions

 2-15 – Health & Life (Including Annuities & Variable Contracts) Agent (also known as a Life and Health Agent)
   Allows sale of life insurance, annuities (fixed and variable, subject to securities requirements), and all lines of health insurance.
   
2-14 – Life (Including Annuities & Variable Contracts) Agent
   Allows sale of life insurance and annuity contracts (fixed and certain variable, with appropriate securities registration), but not health insurance.

2-40 – Health Agent
    Allows sale of all forms of health insurance, including major medical, Medicare-related coverage, ACA/Marketplace plans, and group health benefits, but not life insurance.
